This includes DLSS 3, FSR 2.1, ray-traced global illumination, ray-traced ambient occlusion, ray-traced shadows, ray-traced reflections (on some surfaces and bodies of water), dynamic resolution scaling, more broader implemented screen space reflections (previously exclusive to water surfaces), improved texture resolution, improved environmental geometric detail, high-resolution self-shadowing, with a new Ultra+ settings to significantly increase visual fidelity on several fronts: number of background characters, shadow quality, grass density, texture quality, foliage visibility range, terrain quality, water quality and detail level.
